Nottinghamshire Service Changes – October / November 2010

Services due to be revised in Nottinghamshire are as follows;

TrentBarton (from 24th October 2010)

The Nines – On Sundays, the 9.2 is re-timed to run 5 minutes earlier than at present, thus providing a 30 minute frequency with the 9.1 over common sections. Monday to Thursday evenings, an additional journey will operate at 23:25 from Derby to Alfreton. In addition, Mondays to Saturdays a new journey will operate from Mansfield to Alfreton, at 18:00.

In addition, from 25th October 2010 – the 22 (Granby-Cropwells-Nottingham) service is to be revised, to terminate at Broadmarsh Bus Station, no longer extending to Friar Lane. The 18 also has a revised timetable from the same date. The previously discussed changes to the 141 and 241 (rebranded as Spira) are also taking place from the 25th October 2010.

Stagecoach East Midlands (from 1st November 2010)

Timetables on the 19/19A/19B (Worksop-Dinnington-Rotherham) service and the Sherwood Arrow (Worksop-Ollerton / Ollerton-Nottingham) service are revised.

Centrebus (from 1st November 2010)

Centrebus are taking over the 24 (Melton Mowbray – Bottesford / Bingham) service from Veolia Transport from the above date. The timetable remains the same.
