KJB Services – New Operator

As readers may be aware, KJB are to cease trading from this Friday – the 22/07/2011. From Saturday the 23/07/11 their two service routes, the 47 (Lincoln to Newark via Bassingham) and 48 (Lincoln to Witham St Hughs via Swinderby) are to pass to PC Coaches of Lincoln.

Staff from PC Coaches were handing out new timetables onboard KJB services today, and the new timetables are on the PC Coaches website. Amendments have been made to both services, with journey times altered, notably between Lincoln and North Hykeham.

About trentsidetraveller

A lifelong public transport user, enthusiast and occasional photographer. My travels take me around the country, occasionally overseas, but my most frequent journeys see me cross the River Trent on a regular basis. So the moniker of Trentside Traveller came about, and now I'm blogging about my travels, and the latest changes to public transport in the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire area.

  1. Service 48 also appears to have been withdrawn from Nottinghamshire – the strange call at Collingham has disappeared.
